As an individual Realtor with a great deal of experience in working with out-of-state clients and prospects, I have learned that relationships that include a potential buyers' “home town” Realtor usually produce the best results for the buyer and for the agents involved. As a member of Engel & Volkers’ Private Office Network, I seek out luxury agents who have interest in expanding their resort business to Park City. With Vail Resorts’ creation of the nation’s largest ski area now underway, combining Park City and Canyons Village, and the upcoming expansion of Deer Valley’s facilities in the Mayflower Resort development, I believe the Park City market offers unique opportunities for buyers, agents and developers alike.

Our program does not involve any direct sales effort to the consumer, but rather we provide a support function that makes possible a partnership between out-of-state Realtors who have earned their clients' trust and top local Park City agents. In short, we make the agents who bring potential buyers to our market look good, while providing a guaranteed referral fee through Engel & Volkers.

Once you have provided direction on property specifications that might be of interest to any of your clients or prospects, I will provide professional, unbranded websites with video tours to make it possible for you to select properties most likely to interest your client based on your knowledge of that client’s design taste, family situation and amenity requirements. Park City’s very dynamic luxury market puts a real premium on first knowledge, so I place a high priority on providing property information as soon as it is listed, often even before it reaches the MLS.

 

  • You are invited to accompany your client or prospect on any property selection or due diligence travel. I don’t pay for travel expense and lodging, but my team does assist in making necessary arrangements, and we often have an inside line on desirable luxury rentals. You are always welcome for private showings and tours when you are in Park City on your own. Since we see many visitors from your area, some of your clients or prospects may be among them with no real intent to pursue anything related to real estate. But then they ski by an open house on a blue sky powder day and one thing leads to another. Finding out after the fact that your good client has purchased a major property while on vacation can be a very unpleasant experience. If your clients who are regular vacationers here know that you have a good friend in Park City who they can always ask any question, you will always be protected by just the mention of your name.
     
  • You can expect prompt communication on all phases of product selection, offer/counteroffer details, due diligence, financing, and final closing. By making every transaction time efficient for you, I believe we can be a significant, on-going addition to your bottom line. My objective is a long term relationship, not simply prospecting for a transaction.
