What a great experience we had. We were going to sell our one bedroom unit right on the mountain of Park City, but we wanted to do a 1031 Exchange (in order to avoid paying tax on the gains). Therefore we would need to find a new one pretty quick. Mark was able to get a contract on ours within one week.
